amazing stay!
pleasant suprise team effort good attentiveness special celebration
i had such a great time. i got free upgrade to a bigger room, a very pleasant suprise. the team ensured my birthday celebration were special. the attentiveness of staff was really good.
the tv in the room are not the most modern.

rude staff unnecessary tone
The infinity pool was a nice facility.
Upon arrival, the welcome staff felt rude. I took a photo of my toddler in the lobby. I was scolded for using a 'professional' camera. The tone felt unnecessary.

personal service birthday surprise lovely breakfast
the service felt beyond what i imagined, so personal and sweet. our butlers, abhinav and sydney, planned the sweetest birthday surprises. the breakfast each morning was heavenly. the little details, like location and care, were perfect.
the wait for a buggy to the beach was sometimes a bit long.

Very nice Stay, Unmatched Service
rolls royce smooth check-in hermès amenities
The Rolls Royce pickup from the airport was a great start. Check-in happened smoothly inside my suite. My Duplex One-Bedroom Suite had Hermès amenities. I received access to Wild Wadi Waterpark.
The TV in the room wasn't a smart version, like in other hotels.

complimentary cologne luxurious bathrobes ceiling mirror
the complimentary cologne and perfume were a nice touch. i also appreciated the luxurious bathrobes available in the suite. the mirror on the ceiling above the bed added a unique element to the room.
the check-in process could be improved for a hotel of this standard.
